Shipping your order
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours from receipt of cleared payment. The orders are shipped with the Royal Mail or occasionally couriers depending on the size & weight of the order, most orders will require a signature upon delivery.
Please allow 48 hours (week days) before querying non - delivery of your order, but once this period has elapsed please notify us as soon as possible so we can investigate the reason, tracking numbers are always available.
The shipping fees include postage handling and packing fees as well as VAT in most instances. Packaging is suitable for the purpose and all your items are insured to the full value unless otherwise stated, however in rare circumstances breakages or losses can occur, in this event please notify us as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
In the unlikely event you need to return an item, please contact us by email or telephone for a returns number. Items returned without a returns number will take longer to handle & will delay a refund or replacement. Where we have supplied correctly the purchaser will be responsible for all return costs & sellers P & P costs, to qualify for a refund items must be returned in "as new" condition & in original packaging, bespoke items, cannot be returned for refund unless we have supplied incorrectly to your order - you will find further information within our "Terms & Conditions" at the foot of the page.
