The Motoscope Tiny is an analogue speedometer that truly lives up to its name - at a positively compact 49mm. This offers a range of installation options, and looks like a true classic dial. What's more, its stepping motor and indicator mean speed is both measured digitally and displayed precisely.
The high quality aluminium casing is turned from solid metal and its surface is anodised black. The bezel is also available in 'anodised black' or 'mirror polished'. The casing is 100% water-tight and resistant to vibrations.
The contrasting black and white analogue dial is indirectly illuminated by white LEDs. What this means is the innovative LED display is hidden behind the black part of the dial and only visible through the dial while operating - not when switched off. Four indicator lights are also integrated into the dial, and they, too, are only visible when operated.
The LEDs adjust automatically to different light conditions for optimal readability - whether it's dawn or dusk, dark or in direct sunlight. If the speed exceeds the 200 km/h on the analogue scale, it is automatically displayed in the LED display. Max speed is recorded as well.
You can toggle between different information on the LED display by operating the menu push-button - or the headlight flasher push-button on the handle bar. The gauge will default to a time display, but total distance, day trip, onboard voltage and a range of other figures are just a button press away. Default settings or recorded values are, of course, always stored - even with the power supply switched off.
The Motoscope Tiny is easy to install with the two M3 threaded holes on the back side. There are various motogadget brackets available for installation and available on our website.
The detailed installation and operating instructions (refer to "Downloads") will guide you through the whole process - even users without any previous experience in handling the vehicle's electrical system. The supplied speedometer sensor in stainless steel is very small (M5/23 mm) and therefore easy to hide. The sensor can be easily installed on front or rear wheel with the connector cable (1.5 m long). This allows for the easy conversion of an originally mechanical speedometer drive on a motorbike.
The Motoscope Tiny is compatible with various original speedometer sensors (dry reed contact and proximity sensors). In this case, only the terminals have to be connected and the mechanical sensor installation will be completely obsolete. An intelligent 'Teach Function' allows for the easy calibration of the speedometer - even on vehicles with transmission sensors (such as Harley Davidson (TM)).

Tiny by name and tiny by nature, the Motoscope Tiny Speedster is an analogue speedometer designed with vintage appeal in mind. While it's technically identical to the Motoscope Tiny, this dial is based on the streamlined designs of the 40s and 50s. Every aspect of its style has been carefully considered - from the matching indicator and dial shape, to the sleekness of the brushed stainless steel, to the 'warmer' white of the dial. The bezel is available in either a polished or black anodised finish.
All further properties and specifications of this instrument are identical to the Motoscope Tiny.
