agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please read them and if you have any queries on any aspect of your agreement with

Making a Purchase
Buying items from our web shop is designed to be easy and enjoyable. Just browse our store and add your chosen items
for purchase to the shopping cart, you will immediately be able to see the price you will pay including P & P charges. When
you have finished shopping, click on “Check Out”. You will then be asked for a few details in order to process your order.
Payment & Security
All our prices are inclusive of taxes & shipping charges are clearly displayed as soon as you put anything in your cart - so
no nasty surprises after you've spent some time shopping! Payment is due at the point of ordering, and can be by
credit/debit card through Sagepay or Paypal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. Credit card
details are protected by the Sagepay approved Java encryption system. Details are not held in clear text on any website,
and only decrypted after reaching our computer. If you prefer not to send your card details in this way, please call us on 01564 775522. All items show the current stock situation, however in the unlikely event of an item showing as in stock when ordered, but is not available we will contact you to update you and we can either refund you in full or you can wait until the item becomes available again. Your Paypal or credit card statement/receipt will be in the name of Vmaxbitz.com Ltd, Paypal email will be firstname.lastname@example.org
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, details of which can be seen at
http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm Bespoke goods purchased from us will normally fall under clause 13(c).
Other items if supplied correct to order must be returned in "as new" condition, within 14 days & at the purchasers expense &
responsibility. If a bespoke item has a mistake which was due to an error on behalf of Vmaxbitz.com Ltd then we will replace or reimburse you. If an item is made and the error was on the order then the item will be deemed to be made as ordered. We will in all
events endeavor to come to a happy conclusion.
Faulty items will be replaced if it is under the manufacturers warranty as long as we have received the faulty item first.
Vmaxbitz.com Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred with fitting or removing any item by a 3rd party.
We do not disclose customers’ information to third parties, other than to card handling facilities/Paypal in the fulfillment of
